Refund Policy
In case you made the payment but you cannot attend the conference, please let us know as soon as possible to be able to proceed you refund request, but no later than June 10, 2017.
Please submit your refund requests for cancellation to icdea2017@e-uvt.ro including a written request (as pdf file) with a brief motivation, date and signature.
The refund of your fees (paid via bank transfer) will be made according to the following deadlines:
– before June 10, 2017 cancelation fee represents 25% of the total amount
– after June 11, 2017 no refund.
Your request will be processed by the West University of Timişoara Foundation, in due course. You will receive a confirmation via e-mail regarding the cancelation and the refund procedure.
