Participation Fees
Early registration: 250 Euro / Late registration: 270 Euro
Developing countries (a passport copy is required to prove the citizenship)
Early registration: 200 Euro / Late registration: 220 Euro
Before making the payment please send a copy of your passport to icdea2017@e-uvt.ro and you will receive a prompt confirmation that your fee corresponds to developing countries (see List of developing countries.pdf )
PhD Student registration: 150 Euro (a copy of the student ID is required)
Before making the payment please send a copy of your student ID to icdea2017@e-uvt.ro and you will receive a prompt confirmation.
The regular fees will cover the conference kit, access to all scientific sessions, conference materials, refreshments during breaks, welcome cocktail.
Conference Dinner: 50 Euro / person
Excursion: 70 Euro / person
Accompanying Persons
Accompanying persons are generally assumed to be family members of the participants. The mathematicians are considered by default in the standard categories and will be not regarded as accompanying persons.
Accompanying Persons fees
80 Euro / person – welcome cocktail and refreshments during breaks
50 Euro / person – conference dinner
50 Euro / person – excursion
In exceptional cases, the fees for the accompanying person(s) may be paid on arrival, but only in the local currency (RON).
Special Requirements
Please send us a notification to icdea2017@e-uvt.ro if you have special requirements (e.g. regarding the meals, regarding the access in the building, etc) no later than June 25, 2017 . Please indicate if you are vegetarian. Please let us know if you are allergic to certain foods or you disagree something.
